1. What are the shipping rates at Felliss.com?
At Felliss.com, we provide Free Shipping for all orders  over $25. 

2. How long will a shipment usually take?
In general, we will require a minimum of 3 to 5 business days to process your order for shipping. Once the order is being shipped, it will take around 2-4 weeks  to your registered address.

Do take note that factors such as delayed logistics and customs clearings may have an impact on the delivery time as well.

3. The item I received was not what I ordered.
Kindly reach us via our contact page and indicate your order number. Give a detailed description of the order which was delivered to you and if there’s a mismatch with the initial order you’ve placed at Felliss.com, we will send you the correct item at no extra charges.

4. I have not received my order after 40 business days. Can I ask for a refund?
Yes. It is our golden promise to our customers at Felliss.com. Simply drop us a note at our contact page, together with your order number, so that we can verify with the courier service that the order wasn’t delivered.

The verification process will take approximately up to 7 business days. Once verified, we will offer a 100% refund with no further questions asked.

Order Amendments or Cancellations

1. I have placed a wrong order. Can I amend or cancel the order?
Once your order has been placed, we unable to accept any amendments or cancellations as it will be sent instantly together with other customers' orders to our supply centers for processing.

2. I have entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change that?
Yes. Before you receive the shipping confirmation from us, you can notify us via our contact page (together with your order number) and we will try to get it changed before the courier picks up the order.


1. The item is defective. Can I request for an exchange?
As a Felliss.com customer, you will have the option of either exchanging an order instead of returning it for a refund. Kindly drop us a message at our contact page and we will gladly share more information and details on how to process for the exchange.

An exchange will require a return of the original order together with the packaging to one of our supply centers. We are not responsible for the return shipping cost. This is to ensure that it is indeed the item we sent out to you.

1. Do you accept credit card payments?
Yes. We've always been a big fan of using the PayPal and Stripe gateway as they are two of the safest protocols to protect both buyers and sellers, which will help provide shoppers a worry-free online shopping experience.

2. Do you accept Money Orders or Cashier's Checks?
No. At this time, Felliss.com does not accept Money Orders or Cashier's Checks.

3. What currency does Felliss.com use to process the orders?
All orders on Felliss.com are processed and calculate using the US Dollar (USD) currency.

General Store Usage

1. I have a discount code. How do I know how much discount (in terms of dollars) am I getting?
At the checkout page, you will be given the option to apply the discount code. Once the discount code is being applied, the amount of discount and total bill amount will be displayed before you proceed with the payment.

2. The item is already on sale. Can I still apply a promo code upon checkout?
Of course, you can. However, promotion codes are subjected to various conditions. At the checkout page, you can attempt to enter the promo code and the system will verify if the code can be used for the order in your cart.

3. My promo code doesn't work.
Promotion codes are always subjected to various conditions. You can always reach us via our contact page - let us know what's the promo code and we will get it sorted out for you.

4. How can I unsubscribe from your mailing list?
It's easy. Simply reply to our mailer with the subject "Unsubscribe" and we will remove your email address from our mailing list.
